| ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ หนึ่งช่อมี 4-10 ดอก มีกาบหุ้มดอก ก้านดอกยาว 1-1.5 ซม. ดอกมีสีขาว มีกลีบดอก 6 กลีบ รูปขอบขนาน หรือรูปไข่กลับ เรียงเป็น 2 วง มีเกสรเพศผู้ 3 อัน สีเหลืองสด เกสรเพศเมียสีเหลืองแยกเป็นแขนงสั้นๆ 3 แขนง [1] |
| ต้น : เป็นพืชล้มลุก มีหัวใต้ดินเป็นรูปไข่ยาว สีแดงคล้ายหัวหอม ลำต้นเหนือดินตั้งขึ้น โค้ง หรือเอนนอนแต่ปลายโค้งขึ้น [1] |
| ถิ่นที่พบ : พบขึ้นตามป่าดิบราบต่ำ [1] |
| ผล : เป็นรูปขอบขนาน หัวตัด มี 3 ช่อง มีเมล็ดเป็นรูปรี อัดกันแน่น [1] |
| ใบ : เป็นรูปหอก กว้าง 1-2.5 ซม. ยาว 25-60 ซม. ปลายใบแหลม โคนใบแคบ ขอบใบเรียบ [1] |
