ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อใหญ่ บริเวณยอด ดอกสีขาว [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ล้มลุก ขึ้นเป็นกอ ลำต้นเป็นปล้อง ผิวนอกมีสีแดง เป็นมัน แข็งมาก เนื้อในเป็นสีขาว ฉ่ำน้ำ มีรสหวาน มีตาและรากอากาศ ตามข้อ [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปหอกแคบ ยาวประมาณ 1 เมตร กว้างประมาณ 5 ซม. ผิวใบสากมีขนทั้ง 2 ด้าน ขอบใบจักถี่เป็นหนามคม เส้นกลางใบใหญ่ กาบใบเป็นกาบหุ้มลำต้น [1]
