ดอก : ออกดอกเดี่ยว ใหญ่ ลักษณะคล้ายดอกตำลึง สีขาวอมเหลือง มีอยู่ 5 กลีบ [1]

ดอก : เป็นดอกเดี่ยว ออกตามง่ามใบ มีสีขาวหรือขาวอมเหลือง มีประสีม่วง [6]

ดอก : เป็นดอกแยกเพศ ดอกตัวผู้สีเหลือง มีกลีบดอก 5 กลีบ กลีบรูปไข่ยาวประมาณ 5-7 ซม. ดอกตัวเมียเล็กกว่า [2]

ต้น : เป็นไม้เถาขนาดเล็ก ลำต้นอวบน้ำ [6]

ต้น : เป็นไม้เถาเลื้อยพาดพันต้นไม้ใหญ่หรือรั้วบ้าน เถาสีเขียวอมเหลือง เถาแก่มีข้อโปนออกเป็นปุ่ม เปลือกเถามีเม็ดสีขาวเล็กๆ กระจายอยู่ทั่วไป เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางของเถา 0.5-1 ซม. [2]

ต้น : เป็นไม้เลื้อย มีเถาเป็นสี่เหลี่ยม พาดพันกับต้นใหญ่ หรือขึ้นตามร้านที่ทำไว้ให้ สามารถเลื้อยไปได้ไกลและยาว ตามข้อจะมีมือสำหรับจับหรือเกาะ ลำเถามีขนาดโตเท่าข้อมือ สีเขียวคล้ำๆ [1]

ต้น : ไม้เถาเลื้อยมีหนวดตามลำต้น [3]

ผล : กลมยาว ปลายแหลม ผลแก่จัดสีส้มแดง ไม่มีสันมีหนามสั้นๆ ทั่วผล ภายในมีเมล็ดแบนๆ รูปไข่เบี้ยว สีดำจำนวนมาก [3]

ผล : รูปร่างกลมรี เนื้อแน่นฉ่ำน้ำ มีหนามเล็กขนาด 3-4 มม. อยู่บริเวณผิวรอบผล ผลยาว 10-15 ซม. กว้าง 6-10 ซม. ผลดิบสีเหลือง ผลสุกสีแดงหรือแดงส้ม [2]

ผล : รูปไข่หรือรี ผิวผลมีหนามสั้นหนาแน่น ฉ่ำน้ำ แก่จัดสีแดง เมล็ดสีดำ [6]

ผล : เป็นลูกกลม ๆ เท่ากับลูกมะตูมหรือลูกมะขวิด มีหนามรอบๆ ผล ผลอ่อนเป็นสีเขียวรับประทานได้ ผลแก่หรือสุกเต็มที่แล้วมีสีเหลืองและแดงเข้มทานไม่ได้ [1]

เมล็ด : รูปไข่ มีจำนวนมาก ยาว 2.6-2.8 ซม. กว้าง 1.6-2.1 ซม. [2]

ใบ : ผิวใบเกลี้ยงหรือมีขนประปราย กว้าง 10-15 เซนติเมตร ก้านใบยาว 5-7 เซนติเมตร มีตุ่มประปราย [3]

ใบ : ออกใบเดี่ยว เรียงกันตามข้อต้น ลักษณะของใบเป็นรูปสามแฉก ปลายแฉกแต่ละแฉกนั้นจะแหลม โตเท่าฝ่ามือหรือเล็กกว่านี้ มีสีเขียว ใบหนาทึบ [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปร่างคล้ายใบโพธิ์ ตัวใบแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วง สีเขียว เส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางของใบประมาณ 10-20 ซม. ยาว 5-10 ซม. มีหนวดไว้สำหรับเกาะ [2]

ใบ : ใบเดี่ยวเป็นแฉกลึก 3-5 แฉก ผิวใบใบมีจุกนูนเล็กๆ ทั่วไป [6]
