ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ ดอกย่อยมีสีเหลือง มีกลีบดอก 5 กลีบ มีเกสรตัวผู้ขนาดใหญ่ติดกับผนัง กลางดอก 10 อัน [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้น ลำต้นตรง เนื้อไม้แข็ง เปลือกต้นหนา มีสีน้ำตาลแก่เกือบดำ [1]

ผล : เป็นฝักแบน ผิวเรียบ กว้าง 2-4 ซม. ยาว 15-22 ซม. ฝักแก่แตกได้ [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบประกอบแบบขนนก ใบย่อยเป็นรูปหอก โคนใบกลม ปลายใบเรียงแหลม [1]
