ดอก : ออกเป็นดอกเดี่ยว อยู่ตามง่ามใบส่วนยอดของลำต้น กลีบดอกแข็ง ยาวประมาณ 1.5-2 นิ้ว ดอกหนึ่งมีกลีบซ้อนกัน 8-10 กลีบ ภายในดอกมีเกสรเป็นแท่งกลมเล็ก คล้ายฝักข้าวโพดเล็กๆ [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้นขนาดกลาง แตกกิ่งก้านเป็นพุ่ม กิ่งเปราะและหักง่าย ลำต้นสูงถึง 20 เมตร [1]

ถิ่นที่พบ : เป็นพรรณไม้ของประเทศชวา [1]

ใบ : ออกเป็นใบเดี่ยว สลับหับไปตามข้อต้น ใบเป็นรูปไข่ ปลายใบแหลม โคนใบสอบ ขอบใบเป็นคลื่นเล็กน้อย พื้นใบเป็นสีเขียวกว้างประมาณ 2-3.5 นิ้ว ยาว 5-8 นิ้ว ก้านใบยาว 0.5 นิ้ว หรือสั้นกว่าเล็กน้อย [1]
