ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อกระจุกกลม แยกเพศ ช่อดอกเพศผู้ มีสีเหลืองแกมครีม วงกลีบรวมมีโคนเชื่อมกัน มีขน มีเกสรเพศผู้ 4 อัน ช่อดอกเพศเมีย กลีบรวมโคนติดกันและเชื่อมกับดอกข้างเคียง รังไข่อยู่ในวงกลีบรวม ก้านเกสรเพศเมียยาว 1.5-2.5 มม. [4]

ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อที่ซอกใบ แยกเพศ อยู่คนละต้น รูปกลม [3]

ต้น : เป็นไม้พุ่ม ตามข้อลำต้นมีหนาม ยาวมากกว่า 5 ซม. กิ่งก้านมียางสีขาว [4]

ต้น : ไม้พุ่ม สูง 5-10 เมตร มียางขาว [3]

ผล : เป็นผลรวม [3]

ผล : เป็นผลรวม มีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 15-20 มม. ผลสุกมีสีเหลือง หรือสีส้มถึงแดง อวบน้ำ ก้านผลยาว3-12 มม. เมล็ดมีสีน้ำตาลเข้ม ผนังหนา [4]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปไข่กลับแกมขอบขนาน ปลายใบมน หรือเรียวแหลม มีติ่งแข็ง โคนใบแหลม ขอบใบเรียบ เนื้อใบบาง [4]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว เรียงสลับเวียนรอบกิ่ง รูปวงรี กว้าง 1-3.5 ซม. ยาว 2-9 ซม. มีหนามแหลมออกตรงซอกใบ 1 อัน ยาวประมาณ 1 ซม. [3]
