[#9] อาหาร หมูย่างใบช้าพลู

ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อแบบสไปค์ (spike) ออกที่ซอกใบหรือปลายกิ่ง ช่อดอกสีขาวแล้วเปลี่ยนเป็นสีเขียวเมื่อแก่ [4] [6]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้ต้นเล็กๆ มีลำต้นสูงประมาณ 2 ฟุต ลักษณะลำต้นเป็นข้อๆ [7]

ต้น : เป็นพืชล้มลุก มีอยู่ 2 พันธุ์ คือ ชนิดเถา และชนิดเลื้อย เป็นพืชที่ชอบที่ชุ่มชื้น มีร่มเงา กอหนึ่งๆ มีความสูงประมาณ 1 ฟุต [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ล้มลุกหลายฤดู ลำต้นตั้งตรงหรือเลื้อยทอดไปตามพื้นดิน สูง 40-50 ซม. [4] [6]

ถิ่นที่พบ : ขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติในสวนและในป่าทั่วไปของประเทศไทย [12]

ผล : เป็นผลแบบเบอรี่ (berry) [4] [6]

ใบ : เป็นสีเขียวแก่ มีรสเผ็ดเล็กน้อย ใบใช้กินเป็นผักได้ [7]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยวเรียงสลับ แผ่นใบรูปหัวใจกว้าง 8-12 ซม. ยาว 10-15 ซม. ก้านใบยาว 4-8 ซม. ใบใกล้ยอดก้านใบสั้น [4] [6]
