ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อตามบริเวณง่ามใบ ดอกมีขนาดเล็ก มีกลีบดอกและกลีบรองกลีบดอกอย่างละ 5 กลีบ กลีบดอกยาวประมาณ 2 มม. โคนกลีบดอกเชื่อมติดกันเป็นท่อ ปลายกลีบแยกออกกันเป็นแฉกรูปเหลี่ยม ดอกเมื่อบานเต็มที่มีขนาดกว้างประมาณ 1.5 ซม. [7]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้เลื้อย มีลำต้นเป็นเถากลม เนื้อแข็ง เปลือกมีสีน้ำตาลอ่อน เถาพาดพันตามต้นไม้ใหญ่ [7]

ถิ่นที่พบ : พบตามป่าดิบ หรือป่าราบ ทั่วไปในประเทศไทย [8]

ผล : เป็นฝัก มีความกว้างประมาณ 16-30 มม. ยาวประมาณ 7.5-10 ซม. เปลือกฝักมีสีเหลือง ข้างในฝักมีเมล็ด เป็นรูปรีกว้าง ยาวราว 1.2 ซม. [7]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปไข่ ปลายใบยาวเรียวโคนใบมนหรือเว้า ใบกว้างประมาณ 1.5-4 นิ้ว ยาวประมาณ 2.5-4.5 นิ้ว เนื้อผิวใบค่อนข้างหนา หลังใบมีสีเขียวเข้ม ใต้ท้องใบมีสีเขียวอ่อนกว่า ก้านใบยาว 1.5-2.5 นิ้ว [7]
