| ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อตรงง่ามใบ มีความยาวประมาณ 7-12 มม. และไม่มีก้านช่อ ออกดอกดก กลีบรองกลีบดอกมีประมาณ 5 กลีบ เป็นรูปไข่มีความยาวประมาณ 3 มม. ตรงปลายกลม ขอบกลีบมีขน กลีบดอกครึ่งล่างเชื่อมติดกันเป็นท่อ กึ่งกลางท่อดอกป่อง ตรงปลายจะแยกเป็น 5 กลีบ กลีบดอกเป็นรูปขอบขนานแคบ ๆ มีสีขาว มีความยาว 6-7 มม. | ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้เถาเนื้อแข็ง ลำต้นมีขนาดใหญ่เป็นเหลี่ยมและมน เปลือกนอกเรียบ มีน้ำยางมาก [1] |
| ถิ่นที่พบ : มีถิ่นกำเนิดอยู่ในจังหวัดชลบุรี ระนอง จันทบุรี ตราด [2] |
| อับเรณู : เป็นรูปไข่หรือรูปหอก [1] |
| เกสร : เกสรตัวผู้จะมีอยู่ประมาณ 5 อัน ติดอยู่ด้านในใกล้คนท่อดอก เกสรตัวเมียมีอยู่ 1 อัน [1] |
| เมล็ด (ผล) : ผลสดมีเนื้อ ลักษณะกลมหรือเป็นรูปผลสาลี่ และมีความยาวได้ถึง 10 ซม. ผลมีสีเขียวอ่อน หรือ สีเหลืองอมส้ม เปลือกหนา เมล็ดมีเป็นจำนวนมาก [1] |
| ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกเป็นคู่ตรงข้ามกัน เป็นรูปรี หรือรูปรีแกมรูปหอก ปลายใบมน ปลายสุดเป็นติ่งแหลม โคนใบแหลม มีความกว้างประมาณ 2.5-7.5 ซม. มีความยาวประมาณ 7.5-15 ซม. ใบหนาและแข็งคล้ายกับแผ่นหนัง ด้านบนเป็นมัน เส้นใบมีอยู่ประมาณ 10-15 คู่ [1] |
