ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อที่กิ่ง กลีบดอกสีขาว [2]

ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อสั้น ๆ ช่อหนึ่งมี 1-2 ดอก มีขนาดเล็ก กลีบดอกมีชั้นเดียว โคนกลีบดอกเชื่อมติดกันเป็นหลอดท่อโค้ง ปากท่อเบี้ยวและยื่นยาวออกมาข้างหนึ่งซึ่งยาวเท่ากับท่อดอก ส่วนปลายมนมีขนขนาดเล็ก ขนาดดอกยาวประมาณ 2-2.5 นิ้ว ดอกมีใบประดับเป็นรูปขอบขนาน ดอกมีกลิ่นเหม็น ดอกออกบริเวณง่ามใบ [1]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้เลื่อย ที่มีลำต้นเป็นถา ลักษณะเรียบเถาไม่มีขน พื้นผิวเป็นร่องไปตามยาวของลำเถา [1]

ถิ่นที่พบ : พบตามป่าเบญจพรรณทั่วไป [5]

ผล : ผลสด รูปไข่กลับ เมื่อสุกสีส้ม [2]

ผล : ลักษณะเป็นรูปกระเช้า เมื่อผลแก่เต็มที่จะแยกออกจากกันเป็นซีก 6 ซีก และก้านผลก็จะแยกออกเป็น 6 เส้น ยาวประมาณ 1-2.5 นิ้ว ข้างในซีกที่แยกออกก็จะมีเมล็ด มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสามเหลี่ยม มีขนาดกว้าง 0.5-1 ซม. พื้นผิวเมล็ดด้านหนึ่งจะเป็นตุ่มเล็ก [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว มีลักษณะเป็นรูปหอกแกมไข่ โคนใบเว้าหย้กลึกเป็นรูปหัวใจ ปลายใบแหลม พื้นผิวและริมขอบใบเรียบเกลี้ยง ใบมีขนาดกว้างประมาณ 2-5 นิ้ว ยาวประมาณ 3-10 นิ้ว ก้านใบยาวประมาณ 1.5-2.5 นิ้ว [1]

ใบ : ใบเดี่ยว เรียงตรงข้าม รูปวงรีหรือรูปใบหอกกว้าง กว้าง 2-7 ซม. ยาว 4-15 ซม. หูใบอยู่ระหว่างก้านใบ [2]
