ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ ออกบริเวณกาบที่หุ้ม ดอกมีขนาดเล็ก ดอกมีกลีบ 6 กลีบ ในช่อหนึ่งๆ มีทั้งดอกตัวผู้และตัวเมีย [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้น ลำต้นสูงชะลูด ไม่แตกกิ่ง ลำต้นสูงประมาณ 20-30 เมตร [1]

ผล : เป็นรูปทรงกลม หรือรูปรี มีขนาดยาวประมาณ 8-14 นิ้ว เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง ประมาณ 8-9.5 นิ้ว เปลือกนอกเรียบเกลี้ยง ผลอ่อนมีสีเขียว ผลแก่มีสีน้ำตาล เปลือกชั้นกลางเป็นเส้นใยนุ่ม ชั้นในเป็นกะลา ชั้นต่อไปเป็นเนื้อผลมีสีขาวนุ่ม ภายในมีน้ำใส รสจืด หรือมีรสหวาน [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบรวม ใบย่อยเรียงสลับกัน ใบรวมก้านหนึ่งยาว 3-7เมตร กว้าง 1-1.4 เมตร ใบย่อยเป็นแผ่นแคบยาวปลายแหลม ผิวใบเรียบเป็นมัน มีสีเขียวแก่ ใบย่อยยาว 2-3 ฟุต กว้าง 1-2 นิ้ว [1]
