ดอก : ดอกแยกเพศอยู่คนละต้น ดอกเพศผู้ออกเป็นช่อ ช่อหนึ่งมีประมาณ 3 ดอก มีกลีบรองดอก 5 กลีบ เรียงเป็นรูปถ้วยปากกว้าง มีขนสีน้ำตาลแดงปกคลุม เกสรเพศผู้มี 14-18 อัน รังไข่ฝ่อ ดอกเพศเมียออกเป็นดอกเดี่ยว มีกลีบดอกและกลีบรองดอกเหมือนดอกเพศผู้ แต่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่า มีรังไข่เป็นรูปป้อม เกสรเพศผู้ฝ่อมี 9 อัน [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้นขนาดกลาง ลำต้นตรง เปลือกต้นสีดำ แตกเป็นสะเก็ด [1]

ผล : มีลักษณะกลม หรือแป้น ผิวเกลี้ยง ผลสุกมีสีเหลือง มีกลิ่นหอม เนื้อนุ่ม จุกผลมีกลีบ ปลายกลีบโค้งขึ้น มีขนปกคลุมทั้ง 2 ด้าน [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปขอบขนาน โคนใบมนหรือสอบแคบ ปลายใบสอบทู่ เนื้อใบบาง ใบอ่อนมีขนสีแดงปกคลุม ก้านใบยาว 3-5 ซม. [1]
