ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ ดอกมีขนาดใหญ่ มีสีขาวตรงกลางสีแดง มีกลิ่นหอม มีกลีบรองดอก 5 กลีบ กลีบดอก 5 กลีบ เป็นรูปไข่กลับ โคนกลีบเชื่อมติดกันเป็นท่อ [1]

ผล : เป็นรูปไข่แกมขอบขนาน ออกเป็นคู่ เมล็ดแบน [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปหอกกลับแกมรูปช้อน ปลายใบมน ปลายสุดเป็นติ่งแหลม ขอบใบเรียบ ก้านใบยาว 2.5-7 ซม. [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้น เนื้อไม้อ่อน มีน้ำยางมาก [1]
