ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อที่ยอด มีกลีบรองดอก 4 กลีบ กลีบดอก 4 กลีบ สีม่วงอ่อน ชมพู หรือสีขาว มีเกสรเพศผู้ 4 อัน เกสรเพศเมีย 1 อัน รังไข่เป็นรูปยาว [1]

ผล : เป็นฝัก เมื่อแก่แตกได้ เมล็ดเป็นรูปกลม แบนเล็กน้อย มีสีน้ำตาล [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกเป็นกอที่โคนต้น ใบใหญ่หยักเว้าแบบขนนก ขอบใบหยักแบบซี่ฟัน ก้านใบเป็นสามเหลี่ยม [1]

ต้น : เป็นพืชล้มลุก แตกกิ่งจำนวนมาก มีรากแก้วสะสมอาหาร เป็นรูปกลม ทรงกระบอก ปลายแหลม ผิวสีขาวหรือสีแดง เนื้อในมีขาว อุ้มน้ำ [1]
