| ดอก : อยู่ในโครงสร้างที่มีลักษณะคล้ายผลมะเดื่อ (fig) ฐานดอกบวมพองขึ้น ภายในกลวง ปลายมีช่องเปิดมีใบประดับปิดอยู่ ภายในมีดอก 3 ประเภท คือ ดอกเพศผู้ ดอกเพศเมีย และดอกปุ่มหูด มีขนหนาแน่น เมื่อแก่จะมีสีส้มหรือสีแดง ที่โคนมีใบประดับที่มีขนสั้นนุ่มหนาแน่น ดอกเพศผู้ มีกลีบรวม 2-3 กลีบ ก้านดอกยาว 0.5-2.8 มม. ดอกเพศเมีย มีกลีบรวม 3-4 กลีบ ไม่มีก้านดอกย่อย ดอกปุ่มหูด มีก้านดอกย่อยยาว 1.5-2.3 มม. | ต้น : เป็นไม้ต้นขนาดใหญ่ กิ่งก้านมีขนสีขาวประปราย กิ่งแก่เกลี้ยง มีสีเหลืองอ่อนอมน้ำตาล [1] |
| ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปไข่ ปลายใบมน โคนใบกลม หรือเป็นรูปหัวใจ เนื้อใบหนา ก้านใบใหญ่แข็ง ยาว 1.5-7 ซม. [1] |
