ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อใหญ่แบบแยกแขนง ยาว 20-25 ซม. ดอกย่อยมีขนาดเล็ก สีขาวอมเหลือง มีกลีบรวม 6 กลีบ เป็นรูปขอบขนาน ปลายมน โคนเชื่อมติดกัน มีขนเป็นมัน [1]

ถิ่นที่พบ : ขึ้นตามไหล่เขาในป่าดิบ พบแทบทุกภาคของประเทศ [1]

ผล : เป็นรูปรี หรือค่อนข้างกลม ยาว 7-12 มม. [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปขอบขนานแกมรี ปลายมน หรือเรียวแหลม โคนใบแหลม ขอบใบเรียบ เนื้อใบหนา [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ยืนต้น ขนาดกลางถึงขนาดใหญ่ เปลือกต้นสีเทา สูงประมาณ 7-25 เมตร [1]
