ดอก : ดอกเล็กรวมเป็นกระจุก [3]

ดอก : มีสีแดงแกมขาว [3]

ดอก : เป็นดอกเดี่ยว หรือเป็นกระจุก 2-3 ดอก ออกมาตรงซอกใบ กลีบดอก 5 กลีบ มีหลายสี เช่น สีชมพูอ่อนและมีสีแดงตรงกลาง สีแดงหรือสีขาว [5]

ต้น : สูงประมาณ 60 เซนติเมตร ลำต้นและใบคาย [3]

ต้น : เป็นไม้พุ่ม ขนาดเล็ก มีขนรูปดาวปกคลุมตลอดลำต้น [5]

ต้น : เป็นไม้พุ่มต้นเล็ก จัดอยู่ในจำพวกมะเขือ ลำต้นสูงประมาณ 3-5 ฟุต [1]

ถิ่นที่พบ : พบตามป่าราบ และที่ลุ่มรกร้างทั่วไป [7]

ผล : ผลกลมแป้น มี 5 พู แต่ละพูมีเมล็ดรูปไต สีน้ำตาล 1 เมล็ด [5]

ผล : ผลรี มีหนามที่ปลาย [3]

ใบ : คล้ายใบมะระแต่แฉกลึกกว่าเรียกว่า ขี้ครอกตัวผู้ ส่วนขี้ครอกตัวเมียนั้นใบจะมีลักษณะเป็นแฉก น้อยและตื้น [1]

ใบ : ตัวใบรูปไข่กว้าง ขอบใบจักเป็นซี่เล็ก ๆ ผิวใบมีขนปกคลุมหนาแน่น ด้านหลังใบเห็นเส้นใบชัดเจน ที่โคนเส้นกลางใบมีตุ่ม 1 ตุ่ม [5]

ใบ : ใบคาย ใบมนเว้า ขอบจัก โคนใบแหลม [3]
