| ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อที่ปลายยอด ยาวประมาณ 30 ซม. [1] |
| ต้น : ลำต้นกลม สูงประมาณ 3-4 เมตร บริเวณข้อมีขนสั้นสีน้ำตาล [1] |
| ผล : ผลกลม ขนาดเท่าเมล็ดพริกไทย ผิวนอกเป็นมัน เมล็ดมีสีน้ำตาลออกเทา มีแป้งมาก [1] |
| ใบ : ใบแคบยาวประมาณ 50 ซม. กว้างประมาณ 4 ซม. ปลายใบแหลมคม ขอบใบและหลังใบมีขนสั้นๆ ท้องใบมีผงสีขาวนวล [1] |
