ดอก : เป็นดอกช่อ คล้ายฉัตร ออกบริเวณปลายยอด กลีบเลี้ยงของดอกย่อยเชื่อมติดกันเป็นหลอด ปลายแยกเป็น 5 กลีบ มีสีขาวหรือแดงเรื่อๆ กลีบดอกยาวประมาณ 9 มม. [1]

ต้น : เป็นไม้ล้มลุก สูงประมาณ 8-28 นิ้ว ลำต้นและกิ่งก้านเป็นเหลี่ยม แตกกิ่งจำนวนมาก เปลือกลำต้นมีสีเขียวอมม่วง มีขนปกคลุม ลำต้นมีกลิ่นหอม [1]

ผล : ผลมีสีน้ำตาล ผลหนึ่งมี 4 เมล็ด รูปกลมรี ขนาดยาวประมาณ 2 มม. [1]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว รูปยาวรี โคนและปลายใบแหลม ขอบใบเรียบ ใบกว้างประมาณ 1-3.5 ซม. ยาว 2-6 ซม. ใบสีเขียวเข้ม ก้านใบยาวประมาณ 0.7-2 ซม. [1]
