ดอก : ดอกเล็กเป็นช่อโต ๆ สีม่วงแดง [5] [8]

ดอก : มีสีม่วงแดงหรือชมพูหรือสลับด้วยสีเหลืองอ่อน ดอกย่อยยาวประมาณ 1 ซม. มีกลีบเลี้ยง 6 กลีบ กลีบดอก 6 กลีบ เกสรตัวผู้มี 6 อัน รังไข่มี 3 ห้อง แต่ละห้องมีไข่อ่อน 4-6 เม็ด [6]

ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ ยาวประมาณ 12 นิ้ว ออกตามบริเวณยอดลำต้น ลักษณะของดอกย่อย มีกลีบเลี้ยง และกลีบดอกอย่างละ 6 กลีบ ดอกมีเป็นสีม่วงแดง หรือสีชมพูสลับด้วยสีเหลือง ดอกมีขนาดยาวประมาณ 1 ซม. [1] [4]

ดอก : เป็นช่อ ออกตรงส่วนยอดของลำต้น ปลายช่อดอกมีกลุ่มดอกเล็ก ๆ สีขาว ช่อหนึ่งจะมีช่อดอกย่อยประมาณ 5-10 ดอก [3] [8]

ต้น : มีขนาดเล็กกลม ลำต้นมีข้อถี่ ลำต้นมีสีน้ำตาลอ่อน [3] [8]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้พุ่ม ขนาดเล็ก ลักษณะของลำต้นตั้งตรง ไม่มีกิ่งก้านสาขามากนัก [1] [6] [8]

ต้น : เป็นไม้พุ่มแตกกิ่งก้านก้านสาขาน้อย ลำต้นเรียวมีข้อถี่ๆ [5] [8]

ผล : ผลกลมเล็กๆ สุกสีแดง มีหลายเมล็ด [8]

ผล : มีลักษณะเป็นรูปทรงกลม มีเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลางประมาณ 5 มม. มีลักษณะฉ่ำน้ำ ภายในผลมีเมล็ดอยู่ 1-3 เม็ด [6]

ใบ : ออกเป็นวงสลับกัน บริเวณส่วนยอดของลำต้น ลักษณะของใบเป็นรูปยาวรี ปลายใบแหลม มีขนาดยาวประมาณ 12-20 ซม. กว้างประมาณ 2-4 นิ้ว ใบมีสีแดงเขียว หรือสีแดงม่วง โคนใบแผ่เป็นกาบใบหุ้มลำต้น ขอบใบเรียบ แผ่นใบเป็นลอนคลื่นเล็กน้อย มีสีต่างกันไปตามชนิดพันธุ์ [1] [4]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกตรงส่วนยอดของลำต้น แตกใบตามข้อต้น ใบเป็นรูปหอก ปลายใบแหลม ขอบใบเรียบและมีกาบใบหุ้มลำต้น ใบออกเรียงเป็นชั้นสลับกัน ขนาดใบและสีสรรจะแตกต่างตามชนิดพันธุ์ [3] [8]

ใบ : ใบเดี่ยว เป็นรูปหอกปลายแหลม สีเขียวอมแดง [5] [8]
