ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อ มีสีม่วงปนขาว แต่ถ้าแก่จัดจะกลายเป็นสีม่วงแดง เวลาดอกบาน ต้นทั้งต้นจะมีอยู่ 2 สี ดอกหนึ่งมีอยู่ 6 กลีบ [1] [2]

ดอก : ออกเป็นช่อยาว มีกลีบรองดอกเป็นรูปถ้วยเชื่อมติดกับดอก มีกลีบดอกประมาณ 5-7 กลีบ ริมขอบกลีบย่นบาง ดอกมีสีม่วงอ่อน [3] [4]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้ยืนต้นขนาดกลาง ผลัดใบ สูง 15-30 เมตร แตกกิ่งก้านสาขาออกรอบต้น สูงประมาณ 60-70 ฟุต เปลือกลำต้นเกลี้ยงเป็นมัน สีเทาอมขาว คล้ายกับต้นฝรั่ง แต่จะมีจุดด่างขาวๆ อยู่ตามลำต้น และมีรอยแผลเป็นหลุมตื้นๆ ตลอดลำต้น โคนต้นมีรากเว้าลึกจากดิน [1] [2]

ต้น : เป็นพรรณไม้ยืนต้นขนาดกลางและใหญ่ ลำต้นสูงประมาณ 10-25 เมตร โคนต้นเป็นพู เป็นเหลี่ยม เปลือกมีสีเทาปนน้ำตาลอ่อน เปลือกค่อนข้างเรียบมีรอยขรุขระเป็นหลุมตื้นๆ เกิดสะเก็ดเป็นแผ่นบางๆ มี่เปลือก [3] [4]

ถิ่นที่พบ : พบทุกภาคในประเทศไทย พบมากที่ป่ายุบศรีราชา [5]

ผล : ยาวประมาณ 2-3 เซนติเมตร เมื่อแก่จะแตกเป็นเสี้ยว 6 เสี้ยว ภายในผลมีเมล็ดเล็กๆ [3] [4]

ผล : เป็นรูปไข่ คล้ายกับลูกหมากดิบสดเล็กๆ เป็นมัน ยาวประมาณ 2 เซนติเมตร [1] [2]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกตรงข้ามหรือเยื้องกันเล็กน้อย ใบอ่อนสีแดงมีขนสั้นอ่อนนุ่มปกคลุม ใบแก่ขนจะหลุดหายไป แผ่นใบรูปขอบขนานแกมรูปหอก กว้าง 5-7 เซนติเมตร ยาว 12-20 เซนติเมตร ปลายใบเป็นติ่งแหลม โคนสอบ รูปไข่มีสีเขียว ปลายแหลม [1] [2]

ใบ : เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกตามกิ่งก้านปลายยอด ใบมนขอบขนาน เนื้อใบหนา ผิวเกลี้ยงเรียบเป็นมัน ใบกว้างประมาณ 8-10 เซนติเมตร ยาวประมาณ 10-14 เซนติเมตร [3] [4]
